These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and related offerings, including booking evaluation sessions, purchasing insoles, and associated services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, browsing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

There is no specific age restriction for using our Services. However, customers under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian before booking appointments or making purchases. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these conditions.

2. Description of Services

We offer:

• Evaluation Sessions: Including gait analysis and foot scanning conducted at our lab.
• Product Recommendations: Based on evaluation results, we will recommend suitable ready-to-wear insoles or custom-made 3D printed insoles.
• Product Sales: Purchase of insoles through our e-commerce platform.
• Delivery Services: Delivery fulfilled via SF Express.

3. Booking and Payment Policy

• Customers must book appointments online through our website.
• A non-refundable down payment of HKD $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Upon attending the evaluation session, suitable products/services will be recommended, and the full price of the selected service/product will be charged at that time.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

4. Product Orders (Custom-Made & Ready-to-Wear)

• Custom-made insoles are designed based on your unique foot data collected during the evaluation.
• Once production begins, no modifications, cancellations, or refunds are permitted due to the personalized nature of the product.
• Ready-to-wear insoles may be canceled or modified prior to shipping.

5. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD $).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Taxes, delivery fees, and applicable surcharges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
• For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, tariffs, or additional taxes.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Products will be shipped via SF Express.
• Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
• OLAB HK Limited is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Title and risk transfer to the customer upon handover to the courier.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect personal information necessary for providing our Services, including:

• Name, phone number, email address, physical address.
• Biometric data obtained from gait analysis and foot scanning.
• Payment information (processed securely via third-party gateways).

Usage:

• For appointment scheduling, product customization, order fulfillment, and customer communication.
• Data may be shared internally with OLAB subsidiaries but will not be sold or disclosed to any unrelated third parties.

8. Non-Returnable Policy

Due to personal hygiene considerations and customization:

• All insoles (both custom-made and ready-to-wear) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable after delivery.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, website content, images, and proprietary materials belong to OLAB HK Limited. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit them without our explicit written consent.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Provide false information.
• Interfere with the website's functionality or Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

OLAB HK Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service/product.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service, nor that products will meet specific expectations beyond the description provided.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events outside our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental regulations, strikes, or courier delays.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website with an effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
