OLAB Hong Kong Limited was founded in 2022 in Hong Kong Science Park, by the world's top sports biomechanics expert and sports industry elites. We are committed to enabling more people to enjoy a healthy life. Up until now, we have already owned four national patents. In addition to our R&D laboratory headquarters in Hong Kong, OLAB currently has subsidiaries in Beijing and Xiamen, China, for business development and production.

Our vision is to create a healthier and more active future by improving professional sport and exercise through sports biomechanics. We aim at providing biomechanics-based solutions for individuals and organizations to improve the quality and effectiveness of professional sport and exercise programmes so that more people can enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

There are 3 main categories of services and solutions provided by OLAB:

1. Professional gait analysis and 3D printing insole technology: including foot scanning, various static & dynamic gait analysis, and an industry leading sports insole featuring an embedded construction of stiff and flexible materials using 3D printing technology, allowing an integration of multi-functional insole regions with different hardness, support and load-bearing performance to match one’s foot shape and gait characteristics to the greatest extent, thereby enabling continuous foot health and ultimate comfort.
2. Sports footwear & apparel performance testing and laboratory equipment rental: including deepening the research and development of an award-winning sports bra tester, providing the industry with quantifiable, visualisable and reproducible scientific testing standards
3. Sports product R&D: We work with global research institutes to help our sports industry partners discover insights and develop sports products from concept to commercial production, accelerating the R&D process and reducing R&D costs.
